[IGSMAIL-6133]: New GPS + GIOVE Real-Time Clock Product

Dear IGS Colleagues,

We would like to inform you that the real-time orbit and clock products from DLR/GSOC are now freely available via ftp and also as real-time data streams from an NTRIP-caster. We
offer two different products: The first is a GPS-only real-time orbit and clock product produced by GSOC's REal-TIme CLock Estimation (RETICLE) system. RETICLE estimates clock
offset corrections, which are consistent with the iono-free P1P2-combination, based on the most recent IGU predicted orbits. These products are  submitted to the IGS real-time
pilot project and typically achieve an accuracy better than 0.3 ns (10 cm) compared to the IGS Rapid clocks.

The second product is a combined GPS+GIOVE real-time orbit and clock product. The predicted GIOVE-A and GIOVE-B orbits are computed by TUM/IAPG based on data from the COperative
Network for Giove Observation (CONGO). The real-time clock corrections for the GIOVE satellites are computed from the iono-free combination of observations from the E1-L1-E2 and
E5a frequencies. Currently, the orbit errors of the predicted GIOVE orbits are typically less than 1.5 m and the real-time clock errors are in the order of several decimeters.

The products can be accessed from an FTP-server, where the latest SP3-file is provided with 5 min latency. Files are retained for one week. The FTP-Server can be accessed as
follows:

Server : ftp.gsoc.dlr.de
User   : reticle
Passwd : getReticle

In addition to the ftp-access, RETICLE also offers real-time data streams via the dedicated NTRIP-Caster "gnss.gsoc.dlr.de:2101". Streams are offered in RTCM3 and ASCII-SP3
format. The latency of the data streams is approximately 7 secs.

Please note that these products are generated on a best-effort basis and there is no guarantee for the performance and availability of the products!
