Dear Colleagues,

You may have noticed that there was an anomly affecting SVN47 (PRN22) at the end of October, which lead to a significant change of the P1C1-DCB. I have compiled a short TN illustrating the anomaly and the DCB change, which can be accessed here: http://www.weblab.dlr.de/rbrt/pdf/TN_1006.pdf.
