[IGSMAIL-6318] Network outage at GSFC -- December 18, 2010

We have been notified that there will be a network outage
on Saturday December 18, 2010 from 12:00 noon through 
05:00 p.m. (EST, 17:00-22:00 UTC) that will affect CDDIS 
operations. All connectivity to our servers will be off-line
during that time. We regret the inconvenience the outage will 
cause our user community.
