[IGSMAIL-6291] SOPAC GPS explorer mapping problems

We are currently experiencing some DNS issues that are causing our GPS
Explorer maps to not display correctly.  This does NOT affect the data,
only the presentation.

The problem has been corrected in DNS but will take a little time to
propagate through the system.
