[IGSMAIL-6241] New IGS Stations: IQAL LMMF MOBK

Dear IGS Colleagues,

Three sites have been added to the IGS network today.

IQAL is located in Nunavut, Canada. It has been operating continuously 
since September 2009 with observing both GPS+GLONASS satellites. Both 
hourly and daily data contributions can be found at CDDIS.

3.1  Receiver Type            : TPS NETG3
      Satellite System         : GPS+GLONASS

4.1  Antenna Type             : TPSCR.G3        NONE
      Serial Number            : 383-0408

LMMF is located in the French Caribbean Island Guadeloupe. It has been 
operating for over a year observing both GPS+GLONASS satellites. Both 
hourly and daily data contributions can be found at CDDIS.

3.2  Receiver Type            : TRIMBLE NETR5
      Satellite System         : GPS+GLONASS

4.2  Antenna Type             : TRM55971.00     NONE
      Serial Number            : 1440911958

MOBK is located in Obninsk, Russia. It has been operating and sending 
both hourly and daily data to CDDIS. This station is also GPS+GLONASS 
enabled.

3.1  Receiver Type            : JPS EGGDT
      Satellite System         : GPS+GLONASS

4.1  Antenna Type             : JPSREGANT_SD_E  NONE
      Serial Number            : RA0033

Very soon this information is going made available in the igs.snx 
standard and throughout http://www.igs.org
