NOTIFICATION:

We observed a second and a third repositioning event with respect to
PRN25/SVN62 on:

27-Jul-2010 16:08:04 GPST (mean epoch of event)
29-Jul-2010 04:08:13 GPST (mean epoch of event)
30-Jul-2010 22:04:10 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1594.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
     1.4 mm/sec (radial)
  -169.5 mm/sec (along track)
    -3.4 mm/sec (out of plane)
    18.7 mm/sec (radial)
  -932.8 mm/sec (along track)
   -10.8 mm/sec (out of plane)
     8.6 mm/sec (radial)
  -325.9 mm/sec (along track)
     6.5 mm/sec (out of plane)

Remark: On 29-Jul-2010 (16:21:04 GPST) there was also an announced
repositioning event with respect to PRN16/SVN56.
