[IGSMAIL-6191] Fw: GNSS Science Archive - GIOVE Experimental data

Dear IGS colleagues,

As highlighted during the IGS Workshop in Newcastle, an archive for GNSS 
Science related data has been set up and  it currently includes 1 month 
(December 2008) GIOVE -A and -B data. 
Further information and data policy is available in: 
http://www.giove.esa.int/news_article.php?sid=19

Once signed, the request will be handled quickly and if the application is 
granted, the user can download the sample data-set from the web.
