[IGSMAIL-6004]: SOPAC data archive update

The rebuild process failed for the offline SOPAC archive RAID5 disk 
array yesterday.  We will determine if any further steps can be taken, 
but these data are probably not recoverable.

Affected archive directories are:

rinex/2008/[350-366]
solutions/[regional|global] (prior to 2009/240)
highrate/cache/raw (prior to 2009/238)

We will re-collect RINEX files for the missing 2008 days from other 
archives.  The missing combinations/ directories referred to in the 
previous email have been restored from backup and are available.
