Dear IGS Colleagues:
i need to download the sp3 files that include the velocity vectors of the satellites
but all i can find in the download area is
sp3 files type c and  p flag
i need to know whether the velocity vectors for the GPS satellites is available on your network or not, and where can i get it if it's not available
on your network?
