Dear IGS Colleagues,

Will the station operators of the following IGS stations update their 
software to ensure
the correct Leap Second is reported in the Ephemeris Navigation File. 
These stations
currently report 14 seconds, where the correct value is 15 seconds. The 
affected stations are:

CHPI, CHUM,  COCO, CUSV, DLFT, FAA1
FAIC, HOLB, HRAC, KIRU, KOKC, KOUR
MAL2, MAS1, MCMC, NNOR, NYAC, PERT
UNAC, USNO, VACS, VILL, WES2
