This is to notify users that the clock products in
IGS Rapids 1508_5, 1508_6, and (so far) 1509_0 have
*not* been realigned to the IGS internal timescale,
IGRT, due to a problem with the timescale server.
The embedded timescale is the old IGS standard, linear
alignment to broadcast GPS time.
This should have no impact on any purely geodetic
users, only on the underlying timescale of clocks.
These Rapid combinations will be resubmitted when the
timescale server is restored, hopefully in the next
day or so.
