Dear Colleagues,

A new version of the 'BKG NTRIP Client' (BNC, v1.6) can be downloaded
from http://igs.bkg.bund.de/index_ntrip_down.htm. This version
includes the following new features:

- RTCMv3 decoder for clock and orbit corrections
- On-the-fly configuration
- Offline mode to read data from file
- RTCMv2 decoder for message types 20/21
- Loss of lock and lock time indicator
- RTCM scanner for included antenna coordinates and message numbers
- Binary output of unsynchronized observations
- Leap second update for 1 January 2009

As BNC's monitor option requires up to date leap second information,
we suggest to update any old BNC installation before end of this year.
