NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the PRN25/SVN25
satellite (currently marked unusable) on:

26-Jun-2006 22:25:09 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1381.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    3.9 mm/sec (radial)
 -110.9 mm/sec (along track)
    1.4 mm/sec (out of plane)
