Dear IGS Colleagues,

Site RIGA in Riga, Latvia has been added to the IGS network today.
RIGA has been a EUREF site for some time and has recently upgraded
its receiver.  The site will benefit reference frame activities,
since there is an SLR co-location.  RIGA is operated by the
Institute of Astronomy of the University of Latvia.
