On Saturday, February 12, the GSFC network will experience intermittent
outages due to equipment upgrades to the center firewalls.  The outage
has been planned for 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST (13:00 to 19:00 UTC).
Connectivity to various computer facilities at GSFC (e.g., CDDIS, IVS
and ILRS websites and archives) will be affected by the outage.
