Advisory:  RESO data submissions delayed since D325

We have been unable to establish communications with the RESO 
receiver since D325 due to a problem with the telephone line. We are 
waiting for the local telco to repair the line within the next 5 
business days. The receiver is still tracking and we expect to 
recover all data. We apologize for any inconvenience.
