Users may have noticed that the PRN27 developed very severe clock problems
on 26 May.  This can be seen in the IGS postscript plot at
<http://timescales.nrl.navy.mil/IGRT/1220/G27.timeplot.ps>.

The following NANU was subsequently issued:
