Advisory:  RESO off-line since DOY 139

The Ashtech Z12 receiver quit operating on DOY 139 (2003-05-19). All 
data was lost for that day. A new Ashtech Micro-z receiver will be 
shipped up on the next available flight this weekend. We hope to have 
it running again early next week. We apologize for any inconvenience.
