Advisory:  SACH off-line until next week

Due to problems with remotely uploading new receiver firmware for 
SACH, the receiver is no longer responding to commands and we have 
been unable to download data since DOY 036. We have shipped a 
replacement receiver and should have data flow back on-line sometime 
early next week.

Note that we believe the receiver is still tracking and recording 
data. We therefore expect to recover all data since day 036 when the 
receiver is returned sometime near the end of next week or early the 
following week.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
