Due to unexpected error of the our Ashtech Z18 receiver at the GOPE
station the GLONASS data were not collected since January 31, 2003 14:15
UT (DOY 031) till February 4, 2003 16:18 UT (DOY 035). 

All data (both GPS NAVSTAR and GLONASS) was not collected on January 31,
2003 (DOY 035) from 13:41 till 16:18 UT due to reinstallation of the
receiver firmware and due to defragmentation of HD at the on-site
computer.
