Advisory:  New receiver installed at HOLM on 2002-10-23 (Day 297)

As of 2002-10-24 (Day 297) 14:06 UT, the Ashtech Z-XII3 receiver at 
HOLM was replaced with a new Ashtech UZ-12 receiver. The antenna 
remains the same. An updated station log has been sent to the IGS 
Central Bureau.
