Advisory:  Delayed data acquisition for INVK since Day 295

The downloading of daily data files for INVK has been delayed since 
Day 295 due to a continuing problem with our Ashtech uZ-CGRS receiver 
(periodically does not respond to remote commands).

Note that the receiver is still collecting data and we expect to 
recover it all after resetting the receiver today.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
