ADVISORY:

The GPS receiver at TOW2 has been changed from an AOA ICS-4000Z ACT to the
ASHTECH UZ-12. 
Additional equipment has also been installed which includes the following:
Steered Rubidium (TrueTime, Model XL-DC) time and frequency receiver and a
Paroscientific MET3 Meteorological sensor.
Hourly met files are available at 1 minute epochs.
A local monitoring survey has also been performed during this site visit.
Updated site log file has been submitted.
