Advisory:  Delayed data acquisition for INVK since Day 267

The downloading of daily data files for INVK has been delayed since 
Day 267 due to problems with our new Ashtech uZ-CGRS receiver (does 
not respond to remote commands). The long delay is due to 
investigations by ourselves and Thales (and the ION meeting) to try 
to resolve this recurring problem.

Note that the receiver is still collecting data. We expect to recover 
it all after resetting the receiver later today or tomorrow.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
