Dear Colleagues,

The IGS station TCMS which is located in Taiwan. The GPS receiver's
firmware has been updated from 3.00 to 4.00, and antenna's radome
has been detached on August 22, 2002 (1:00 UTC, Day 234).
The antenna radome type changed from SCIS to NONE, and a new log
file has been uploaded to the IGSCB.
