We experienced a problem on Sunday in retrieving the GPS.txt bulletin from
USNO which we do every day at 18:37 Atlantic Time (AST = UTC - 4 hours). The
transfer on Saturday was o.k. Looks like the problem might be on the North
American side of the Atlantic.
