Dear Colleagues,

The local radiomodem communication between the Magadan GSN Seismic Station
(internet hub) and the GPS rx/antenna location (IGS site MAG0) 2 km away, is
down since doy 310. There is a problem with the power supply caused by a heavy
snowstorm. We expect the communication to be resumed within several days.
