[IGSMAIL-3594]: New IGS stations in Canada (CAGS,HOLM,INVK,RESO)

Dear IGS Colleagues,
We have added the following four Canadian regional stations to the IGS network, three of which are in the Canadian Arctic:

CAGS - Gatineau, Quebec (at the Canadian Absolute Gravity Station near Ottawa)
HOLM - Holman, Northwest Territories (Victoria Island)
INVK - Inuvik, Northwest Territories
RESO - Resolute, Nunavut (Cornwallis Island)

Current GPS data is available at CDDIS. We are also in the process of uploading data collected since early 2000 at CAGS, late July/2001 at INVK and Sept/2001 at HOLM & RESO. All stations are equipped with Ashtech Z12 receivers and choke ring antennas. You can find the site logs at

Note that data latency can sometimes be as much as a few days for HOLM and RESO due to communications difficulties into these remote sites.
