Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that as of d209 (28jul2001),
RINEX data is once again available for the site IISC.
The failed receiver has been been replaced with an 
Ashtech Z-XII3 operating at 1s samplerate.

An updated sitelog is available from the IGSCB. 
Many thanks to the large number of people and
agencies involved.
