    Following storm force winds and widespread flooding all over the south
    of England the Herstmonceux station was without electrical power from
    Sunday, October 29 1915 until this morning, November 1. We are
    recovering slowly after such a prolonged outage and hope to be back to
    normal by the middle of the day. Apologies for interruptions to data
    flow, timebias function messages and IRV forwarding. If you have sent
    us mail during this downtime to which you expect a reply, but have not
    had one, please send it again. Thanks.
