    Following a restructuring of our local Ethernet on June 29 (day 182),
    we have been suffering intermittent problems with inter-computer data
    transfers. In particular the hourly copying of RINEXed files from the
    PC used to collect Ashtech data seems to fail at random two or three
    times per day (usually as soon as we leave the building!). Consequently
    the PC has often been in a hung state at midnight causing a failure to
    send the daily files as well.

    We are trying hard to eliminate this irritating behaviour and hope to
    resume normal service soon. In the meantime I will submit the backlog
    of daily files by hand. Apologies for the late submission.
