Not surprisingly, given the long New Year's holiday weekend, the USNO
receiver (AOA SNR-12 ACT S/N 246-U) once again stopped tracking, which
resulted in a 3.5-day gap:

  31-DEC-1999 ~00:17 UTC -- receiver stopped tracking
  03-JAN-2000 ~12:32 UTC -- receiver manually restarted

We apologize for the continuing data interruptions.
