Subject: disruption to USNO data today

The GPS antenna for the USNO IGS installation must be removed today
(12 November 1998) in order to perform repairs on the roof beneath it.
I expect this to happen around 13:45 UTC. The same antenna will be
reinstalled in the same location this afternoon, so there will be a
loss of data for about 6 hours or so. A follow-up message will be
sent with more precise information.

We apologize for the short notice and inconvenience.
