Subject: new log for USNO

A new log has been submitted to the IGS Central Bureau for the permanent
tracking site at USNO, Washington, DC.  The previously omitted antenna
height has been included (0.0 m) and updated coordinates (epoch 1997.653)
have been provided courtesy of NOAA/NGS who performed a site survey
during August-September 1997.
