Subject: Malindi & Kourou wrong RINEX headers

A problem with our computer file system has caused wrong
Malindi and Kourou RINEX headers since 20/11/97, DOY 324/97.

We have resent to CDDIS new versions of the affected files 
with the correct header information.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
