The Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales has installed a new permanent 
GPS site in Toulouse, south of France. This new site is operationnal 
since January 14, 1997 and all of the data will be available in the 
next day at the IGN data center. 
A sitelog  is being sended to the IGS Central Bureau.
