Replacement of the GPS antenna is scheduled for January 15 (DOY 15) at
23:45 UT.  Current Dorne Margolin T antenna (s.n.173) will be replaced
with one with the RFI Low Noise modification (s.n.386). Although no
significant variation of the antenna phase centre is expected from that
change, overlapping tracking procedures will be in place to ensure that
any variation can be traced. IGS community will be informed of any
variation following analysis of these data.
