Subject: ALGO Late Data Submission

Please be advised that ALGO data for 96mar13 (DOY 073) and 96mar14 (DOY 074)
has now been submitted to CDDIS (96mar15, 23:45UT approx.).  The outage was 
due to the failure of satellite communications hardware at the remote 
site.  The failed component has been replaced and we do not anticipate any 
further disruption of this nature. 

We regret the inconvenience this outage has caused.
