Subject: Power supply limitations at Kourou

The power plant at the Kourou ESA Station is going to 
be renovated and this will have some implications for 
the GPS receiver from DOY 075 until DOY 079. The Cesium
and the communications node will have to be depowered.
The receiver will be connected to the internal oscillator 
and the data will not be available until DOY 080.
