Subject: Richmond/RCM5 station status

There was no data collected on Jan. 012, 013, 014, and 015 due
to problems caused by the external frequency standard- cesium. 
Data were collected on day 016 by activating the 'clock steering ON'
option.

On day 017 the following improvements will be implemented to 
the tracking system:

  . move the location of the receiver in order to use a 
    shorter antenna cable.
  . use a 5MHz maser output to replace the cesium
