The data from Whittier College (WHC1) for days 138-142 actuallf contain the
data from Whittier Library (WHI1).  The files have been removed from the
JPL archive and the corrected data is being offloaded from the receiver.
We will export the corrected files to CDDIS as soon as they are available.
