Subject: AREQUIPA data loss

Due to telephone line difficulties, data for 26, 27, 28, and part 
of 29 August 1994 (days 238, 239, 240, and part of 241) could not be 
offloaded from the TurboRogue receiver at Arequipa, Peru and are lost.  

The telephone line to the receiver's modem was exchanged toward the end of
day of 1 September (day 244) and data from day 241 14:37 UT to day 244 0 UT
have been offloaded.  However, the new line is also giving us problems.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the loss of data.
