Subject: NEW SITE: Casey
A permanent GPS receiver has been installed at the Australian Antarctic
Research Station Casey, in Wilkes Land Antarctica. The monument is a concrete
pad set in rock at ground level, 200 m west of the nearest station building.
The GPS antenna is permanently located on the new monument and is covered with
an acrylic dome.
Monument inscription: AU100
This is a permanent installation.
Brief station information follows and a site report has been submitted to IGSCB.
