The Mini-Rogue receiver installed at Kourou stopped storing
data on its memory on 09/11/93 at 3:00 after an internal
software problem. The tracking was reestablished on 10/11/93
at 13:00 by clearing the whole receiver memory.

A similar problem was experienced with the Maspalomas receiver on
10/11/93 at 6:00. The tracking was reestablished on the same
day at 18:00.

All the stored data of the Mini-Rogues are erased periodically
to avoid this problem to happen. The dataclear command was scheduled
for 15/11/93 (based on the accumulated experience), but the
problem arose some days before. From now on the memory
of the Mini-Rogues will be erased every two months, not every
two and a half as before.
