ROGUE FIRMWARE UPGRADE STATUS

Following IGSMAIL #202, here is the status of the Rogues at TROM and NALL:

Tromso - TROM:          

Firmware successfully changed between 1200 and 1400 UTC on 5 February 1993.

Ny Alesund - NALL:      

Firmware changed on 10 February 1993, but failed to function. Firmware changed
back to old version again on 15 February 1993, and the station since then has
been up and down due to continued other difficulties. A request for replacement
firmware has already been sent to JPL.
