[IGS-Equipment-Files] rcvr_ant.tab and antenna.gra file updates

Dear Colleagues,

Geo++ has discovered a problem with the SEPCHOKE_B3E6 ARP definition.  They have received samples of this antenna model where the 5/8” thread is not flush with the antenna pre-amplifier.  Therefore it has been decided to change the ARP definition in the IGS from BAM to BPA and add a hint on the antenna diagram of a possible none-flush thread. 

In addition to that change we have also added the following entries:
