[IGS-Equipment-Files] rcvr_ant.tab and antenna.gra file updates

Dear Colleagues,

It has been brought to our attention that equipment from SANDING and RUIDE were not properly named when they were added to the rcvr_ant.tab and antenna.gra files.  This means these manufacturers will have the following significant changes.

1.  The manufacturer code has changed for SANDING and RUIDE.

	RUIDE   code changes from RDR to RSI
	SANDING code changes from SDT to SOI

2.  Two antenna entries for SANDING and two antenna entries for RUIDE have been renamed.

	RDR6PCSX049A  has been changed to RSIPULSARR6P
	RDR90IT970A   has been changed to RSIR90INEO

	SDT3T970A     has been changed to SOIT3
	SDT66PCSX049A has been changed to SOIT66PRO

3.  All other existing entries for SANDING and RUIDE have been removed.


In addition to these changes all entries for KOLIDA have been removed.  Here is the full list of changes:
