[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2031.atx: Update including three new receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues,

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs14_2031.atx'. It contains
the following changes:


1) Two additional antenna type calibrations has been added that were 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:

      - One robot calibration provided by MVE Ltd. has been added:
        MVECR152GNSSA   NONE
      - One robot calibration provided by Stonex Europe Srl. has been 
added:
        STXS900         NONE


2) igs14_2031.atx update:  One additional antenna provided by Leica 
Geosystems AG was added. According to the manufacturer
        the antenna "LEIICG70        NONE " has the same pattern as the 
antenna   "LEIGS18         NONE":
        LEIICG70        NONE     (copy of LEIGS18         NONE)

The updated antenna correction model is available at
