[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2030.atx: Update including ARFAS13DFS and TRM59800.00C

Dear IGS colleagues,

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs14_2030.atx'. It contains
the following changes:


1) Two additional antenna type calibrations has been added that were 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:
      - One robot calibration provided by Atlanta RFTech LLC has been added:
        ARFAS13DFS      ARFS
      - One robot calibration provided by Geo++ GmbH has been added:
        TRM59800.00C    NONE


The updated antenna correction model is available at
