[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1735.atx: Update including 5 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1735.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for five additional antenna types have been added:

1) One robot calibration provided by Geo++ GmbH:

TPSCR.G5        TPSH

This antenna type was recently installed at the EPN station SULP:

2) Four robot calibrations provided by Trimble Navigation Ltd. and 
performed by Geo++:

TRMR4-3         NONE
TRMR6-4         NONE
TRMR8-4         NONE
TRMSPS985       NONE
